Fuji Bamboo Botanical Garden

Fuji is the only botanical garden in Japan specializing in bamboos, where about 500 species of bamboos and bamboo grass from around the world are cultivated in a rich natural environment at the foot of Mt.

Flowering species and rare species from Africa and South America are also on display.

There is also a museum that displays furniture, works of art, and historical materials made of bamboo from around the world, including Indonesian musical instruments and African textiles, as well as bamboo baskets, blankets, and fishing equipment.

Bamboo bamboo saplings are also available for sale. The museum is operated by Eco-Parle Corporation, a landscaping and garden management company.
