This shopping resort boasts the largest retail space in Japan, with an image of a historic North American town on a site with rich natural forests.

With approximately 290 stores ranging from luxury brands to restaurants, it offers a wide selection of goods, including not only fashion, but also sports, interior, sundries, and kids’ goods, for the whole family to enjoy.

This outlet consists of three areas, the “West Zone,” the “East Zone,” and the “Hillside,” and each area is connected by a bridge.

The West Zone is located at the front entrance of the entire outlet, while the East Zone and Hillside are located on the Hakone Mountain side across the valley.

Hillside is located on the upper level and includes the Hillside Playground, where visitors can enjoy a carousel and coin-operated rail rides that resemble steam locomotives.

On a clear day, visitors can enjoy shopping in an open space with a view of the World Heritage Mt.

In addition, near the outlet, there is a day spa “Kinohana-no-Yu” and “HOTEL CLAD” where you can heal your body after a hard day’s shopping.
